Strangely enough, we drew our inspiration from the Corona crisis. The far-reaching nature of this global challenge prevented us from harking back to the good old days that were never there anyway. So we had to leave behind the nostalgia surrounding cooperation and along the way found that our well-being is the basis for doing this successfully.
Ideas for working on well-being were taken from determining the unique contribution that we, as an organisation and/or as employees, want to make. But also ideas about workload, work methodology, development and connection make it easier to carry out this work.
So let 2021 be the year when the theme of ‘well-being in cooperation’ is successfully launched. So go head, jump and get on with it. And now, if you will excuse me, I feel an air guitar moment coming on.
