As manager of StreetSmart, Rob combines an efficient and empathic approach towards people and organisations. He has more than 10 years of experience in training and coaching street educators worldwide. Reaching maximum social impact on children and youth in vulnerable situations is the main driver of his work.
Arnoud developed the very first prototype of the mobile school for his thesis in Product Design. After founding MobileSchool.org, he successfully translated the skills of the street kids he worked with into a model to realise impact on businesses with StreetwiZe. He is our managing director and an internationally recognised social entrepreneur, Ashoka Fellow and author of the book ‘StreetwiZe: What managers can learn from street kids'.
Sander coordinates all StreetSmart Wheels projects in Africa and Asia. He combines his street experience in over 15 countries with unbridled enthusiasm, a positive focus and a healthy curiosity to maximise impact on local street work teams. Besides training and coaching teams on-site, he also makes sure our educational offer is available both on- and offline.
As a child, Junieth worked on the streets of Nicaragua for almost 10 years, selling homemade cookies. There she discovered her passion for entrepreneurship and communication. It was then when she saw and visited the mobile school for the first time. Soon she became a street educator herself at Las Hormiguitas and since 2022, she coordinates the StreetSmart Wheels partner organizations in Latin America and Europe. She is an inspirational speaker for Streetwize and is one of the people the Street Skills model is based on.
As Content & Communication Officer, Lies is mostly working on the digital products of StreetSmart. With her background in educational sciences and a big interest in educational technology, she loves developing digital products which support youth workers and educators. She was involved in the research and design process of StreetSmart Impact, Play and Learn. Next to this, she is also responsible for managing our social media pages, keeping our website up to date, rolling out new graphical designs and sending you our latest e-newsletters.
With a background in educational sciences and based on her experiences in youth work, Pam combines in her position developing training content for StreetSmart and organising the #DuwMee. She also takes care of the coordination of the StreetSmart Impact app and coordinates our wonderful group of volunteers.
Joyce is responsible for managing and streamlining the back-office of MobileSchool.org, including support for StreetSmart, event support for MobileSchool.org Campaigns and general administrative and logistical support for the whole organisation.
Adi is a StreetSmart Wheels master trainer and leads the StreetSmart Wheels team of local partner Salvați Copiii Iași in Romania. Thanks to 15 years of experience in working with children in vulnerable situations, he has built an extensive understanding of how to implement and coordinate interventions for street-connected children with and without the mobile school. Adi is now eager to share that extensive knowledge with other street educators and organisations around the globe.
Anupriya brings her extensive expertise as Associate Director for the Indian NGO Ek Tara to the StreetSmart Master Trainer network. Her passion for girls education and programme design in combination with her year-long experience with leading a team of mobile school street educators, provide her with all the necessary tools to empower our local StreetSmart partners in Asia and beyond.
Bram uses his experience as a fulltime street worker in Brussels to inspire street workers from all over the world. As a trainer, he strongly believes in the unique vision of StreetSmart Wheels and in the power of experience-based learning to coach teams from different cultural backgrounds in their work with street-connected children.
Ioana relies on over 13 years of experience as a manager and project coordinator at Save the Children in Iasi, Romania. With a Master in Children’s Rights Protection and a background in Legal Science, she combines a strong theoretical background with extensive practical field experience to boost the knowledge of local youth workers as a StreetSmart master trainer.
Janet combines a wealth of street experience with a true passion for street-connected youth. As the coordinator of the StreetSmart Wheels team of our partner Glad’s House in the Kenyan port city of Mombasa, Janet is our go-to person to co-facilitate training programmes in Anglophone East-Africa.
Jessika leads the StreetSmart Wheels team of partner Alimentos para la Vida in Querétaro. After 14 years of working with the mobile school, she has become a real expert. Her vast experience is a big added value when training and coaching local street educators.
Meni is a StreetSmart Wheels master trainer with more than thirteen years of experience as a street educator with vulnerable children. For six years, she was the coordinator of one of the local StreetSmart Wheels partners in Thessaloniki, Greece. Currently, she is working as a social worker, active in child protection programs and non-formal education. As a passionate supporter and experienced user of the mobile school and the StreetSmart methodology, she is a fantastic asset for StreetSmart and for our local partners and prospects during the on-site trainings.
Robert leads the local StreetSmart Wheels team (GPU UNO) in Bytom, Poland. As a StreetSmart Wheels trainer he combines his extensive experience as a street educator and his training skills to deliver an unforgettable experience for new and experienced StreetSmart Wheels partners.
Toña has been a part of the StreetSmart Wheels trainer network since 2003. Apart from being a StreetSmart Wheels trainer, she is a storyteller, a writer, a clown and a musician. This allows her to sprinkle the trainings and coaching sessions with a big dose of creativity and fun. Bringing people together is what gives her energy.
Wim leads the StreetwiZe team and is also responsible for the finances of Mobile School.org. He is driven to link purpose to performance, for our customers, our team and the entire organisation.

Before joining StreetwiZe as a trainer, Davy has built up extensive business skills as a senior manager in the international IT consulting world, where he was always naturally focused on working with humans – not "resources". As an impro-comedy enthusiast, he loves facilitation to be entertaining while still delivering a solid, impactful story.
As a partner at StreetwiZe, Eric developed extensive experience in training, facilitating and coaching people in different companies and contexts.

Sofie’s mission is to participate in the sustainable development of companies and their people. She brings 20 years of international experience in group and workshop facilitation, combined with team and individual coaching to the StreetwiZe team.
Marc is our StreetwiZe sales manager and is both a customer-centric professional and a true people person. Inspired by the story of MobileSchool.org, he is dedicated to reach as many individuals, companies and organisations as possible by spreading the StreetwiZe story.
You will find Ann in the StreetwiZe back-office, with two attributes - a telephone and a computer. She plans the StreetwiZe training courses and sprinkles logistics magic, ensuring that all administration processes run smoothly.
As a StreetwiZe trainer, Bart brings a solid combination of business, HR and Learning & Development experience from IBM, Vlerick Business School and Sanoma to the StreetwiZe team. Bart has facilitation experience in a broad range of topics and strives for impact, based on his genuine interest in both people and business.
Hans joined the StreetwiZe team with solid experience in Business and Learning & Development. Inspired by the power of entrepreneurship and self-esteem in different contexts, he considers StreetwiZe as the perfect leverage to support personal and organisational growth.
Saskia started working at MobileSchool.org in 2009. Saskia’s superpower was connecting people. She connected the StreetwiZe and StreetSmart teams as Hybrid Culture Manager, our volunteers as volunteer coordinator and local teams of street educators as a trainer. During the awareness and fundraising campaigns she set up, she found original ways to connect people with our mission and values. She will stay one of us forever!
